Aug the Sixth (recont’d)
It’s not even five minutes later but I felt the need to write this – no more bringing The Peace Piece out of the house.
I almost shattered her today, Journal. I was in the blue hammock lighting a beautiful bowl that I packed, I even dribbled some kief on top of it just for fun, just for the fuck of it, when I heard a buzzing.
I heard a buzzing, Journal. There are three types of buzzing, as far as I’m concerned, and they are as follows:
Bug – this is fine. Annoying, but fine
Bee – this is less fine, but still fine
Horsefly – this is not fucking fine.
I freaked, flipped, and flopped out of the hammock. I landed hard on the leaves, which were concealing a rock. The bowl landed right next to that rock. She almost broke, Journal. I almost lost her. ‘Twas way, way too close.
