Journal, I have successfully finished reading Drawing of the Three. I always forget how much I like that book, like, The Gunslinger will forever be my favorite Dark Tower book, but Drawing of the Three is where the story really clamps its claws down and tears off a few of your fingers. My one and only ragret is that I didn’t start rereading the series today, which is day 19 of the month, but that’s only a ragret, not a regret. I can live with a few ragrets.
Tomorrow I enter the Waste Lands. The Waste Lands has my favorite illustrations out of all the books, besides the seventh one. And the first one, of course, the tiny illustrations in The Gunslinger really do it for me in a way that full-page color illustrations just can’t. I don’t know, Journal. I love these books, I love this story.
Thank you, Journal. ‘Preciate ya. Good sleeps and good dreams~
