Sept the Second
I’m amazed at myself, Journal: I slept through the night last night. Like, without issue. Usually when I stop smoking weed I lose the ability to sleep altogether. But I slept last night. Didn’t have any dreams, but I slept. I feel well rested today.
Well, felt. It’s night now. I guess I’m still a little foggy from the whole hitting my head thing.
Wait, what was I doing? Who am I? What’s a journal?
… … …
Just kidding. That’s my sense of humor, Journal: fucked all to hell.
Just kidding. Again.
So anyway, I haven’t changed my mind about writing the novel yet. I don’t think I’m going to, either. I didn’t even look at my weed jar today, which is good. Uh…
To be honest, writing in here feels kind of forced. I still have the egg, still feel like hot garbage. I spent all day watching Stephen King interviews, y’know, to get myself into the mindstate of one who writes novels. I originally planned on going through this whole process of outlining my story and planning out my novel, but as far as what Mister King says, doing all that is just a waste of time. Takes all the fun out of the process – if you know how a story is going to end, why bother writing it? That shit resonated with me for some reason. I don’ow.
Anyway, I’m pretty tired. I’ve been tired from the moment I woke up, honestly, but I haven’t been sleepy all day. I’m sleepy now. So I’m’a go to bed.
Say thankya, Journal. ‘Preciate ya. Good sleeps and good dreams~
