Bookmaker Roulette | Over the River: TEoJK #0

Greetings, you… uh, you. Welcome to the waystation. My name isn’t Brown, and I’m smoking a strain called Zoltan Cookies.

Anyhow, tomorrow I will continue the sharing of a series of hand-made blog posts containing the complete text of my new novel Over the River: The Emancipation of Jonathan Knox. For the past 19 days, I have been sharing short stories from Highdeas: The Lost Stories from the Seven Earths, which is a flash fiction anthology hidden in the back of Over the River. OtR is book 3 of a trilogy, you see, and though no prior reading is required for OtR to be enjoyed, I thought sharing the short stories before sharing the main story would be grand. And, ’twas.

So tomorrow, the main thing starts rolling, and in the mean time, I’d like to show you how to support my bookmaking operation, which is a legitimate company called Repurpp LLC that does business as the name The Hillside Commons.

But don’t let that disgust you, this airplane has yet to leave the tarmac. Look, I’m 15 books in and still broke, I’m clearly not doing this for the money… but… I need some money… so who wants to play Bookmaker Roulette?!

Straight-up, folks say it takes a village… I’ve done the work, I built the thing, it’s all here. Where’s my village at?

If you’re there, hypothetical reader, thank you for being there. From this day on, we move forever forward~
